Return window

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with all parts included
  • In the original packaging (inner bags, inserts, manuals, accessories)
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase

Kits and bundles must be returned complete. Partial returns of kit components aren’t accepted unless pre-approved.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@marysfairyland.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Once approved, send your return to:

Please don’t send returns without authorization—unapproved returns may be refused.

Return shipping costs

  • Our error / damaged / defective / wrong item: we cover return shipping (we’ll provide a prepaid label) or offer a no-return solution when appropriate.
  • Change of mind / not as expected: buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service; we aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with clear photos. We’ll make it right (replacement, refund, or parts).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened battery-powered lights (if seal is broken)
  • Hazardous materials or items with carrier-restricted returns

Exchanges

Want a different item? The quickest way is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order. We’ll process the refund when we receive and inspect the original.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at info@marysfairyland.com.

Items returned not in original condition (missing parts, damage, wear) may receive a partial refund or be declined. We’ll always explain our decision.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. The return shipping cost is typically the buyer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.

International return notes

  • Mark the parcel as “Return Merchandise” to avoid import charges.
  • Any duties/taxes we’re charged due to incorrect return declarations may be deducted from the refund.
