How long will my order take?

From the moment you place your order, most parcels arrive within:

  • United States: 4–6 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 5–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
  • Australia: 7–10 business days

These ranges already include our handling time. Most orders arrive toward the lower end; the upper end allows for delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or remote locations.


Where your order ships from

We ship from three locations:

  • USA Warehouse – Rancho Cucamonga, California
  • Canada Warehouse – Surrey, BC
  • PRC Warehouse – our partner warehouse in the PRC

Depending on stock and destination, your order may ship from one or more of these warehouses. If it ships in multiple parcels, you’ll receive tracking for each one.


Order Processing

  • USA, EU, UK and Australia: orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Canada (within Canada): orders usually ship within 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PT may be processed on the next business day.
  • Pre-orders and backorders ship once stock arrives (dates are shown on product pages).
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Regions & Estimates

Delivery windows are estimates based on our recent 2025 shipment data. Weather, holidays, carrier volumes, customs, or remote locations can add time.

Shipping Rates (How They’re Calculated)

  • Shipping rates are weight-based and shown at checkout.
  • If you add multiple items, Shopify combines their weights and shows the best available rate for your destination.
  • Some orders may ship in more than one parcel (for example, if items are in different warehouses). You still pay only the rate shown at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import

United States

  • Orders ship from our USA Warehouse or as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our PRC Warehouse.
  • In both cases, you normally should not have to pay import duties on delivery. Any import costs for DDP shipments are covered on our side.

Canada

  • Orders ship from our Canada Warehouse or the PRC Warehouse.
  • Applicable GST/HST/PST is collected at checkout.
  • You should not normally be charged additional duties on typical consumer orders.

European Union (EU Core)

  • For orders ≤ €150, VAT is collected at checkout and transmitted via IOSS, so you shouldn’t be charged VAT again on delivery.
  • Orders > €150 may be assessed VAT/duties upon import, depending on your country’s rules.

United Kingdom

  • For eligible orders, VAT is collected at checkout where required.
  • You should not normally be charged VAT again on delivery. Any exceptions depend on local carrier handling.

Australia

  • Local GST / duties may apply if not collected at checkout.
  • Any import charges not collected at checkout are the receiver’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address (unit number, postal code, phone).
  • We aren’t responsible for delays, fees, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If something goes wrong:

  • Damaged or incorrect order: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help quickly.
  • Lost in transit:
    • If tracking shows no movement for 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Refused / undeliverable parcels returned to us will be refunded for the product(s) once received; original shipping isn’t refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We don’t ship lithium batteries on certain lanes.
  • Some items with batteries may be limited to ground services or specific destinations.
  • If a restriction affects your order, we’ll contact you to adjust or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds cover the product amount; original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.
  • Non-returnable:
    • Custom/personalized items
    • Clearance / final sale
    • Opened battery-powered lights (if the seal is broken)
